Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026.
This notice describes the processing of personal data when visiting izamara.ch and contacting Izamara. It refers to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1) currently in force.
Controller and contact details
Izamara Peres, Aspstrasse 10, 5608 Stetten, Switzerland. For questions or requests concerning your data:
Contact by email and telephone
The website has no forms. When you contact Izamara, the contact details and information you provide are processed to respond, arrange a conversation and manage the relationship concerning the services requested. Share information relevant to your enquiry. Processing within a coaching programme is also clarified at the start of the relationship.
Hosting, email and maintenance
Hosting and email services are provided by Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland, which hosts these services in its Swiss data centres. Website operation and security require technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource and browser information. Logs are used to diagnose errors, manage the service and prevent abuse.
Amodeo Design, Switzerland, carries out maintenance and has technical access to the website and backups. Administrative access to the website, backups and Analytics property is restricted to Izamara and Amodeo Design; providers also process the data needed to deliver their respective services.
Cookies and consent
The website uses technical cookies and a cookie to store preferences. Optional statistics are enabled only after consent. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal applies to subsequent use and does not automatically delete data already collected. The Cookie Policy describes the cookies and their durations.
Google Analytics 4
With consent to the Statistics category, Analytics collects online identifiers and information about pages visited, interactions such as scrolling and clicks, and the technical context of the visit. Its purpose is to understand website use and improve content and navigation. The tag is managed natively by YOOtheme in Basic mode and is blocked before consent to statistics.
Google Signals, granular location and device data collection and ad personalisation are disabled. Redaction of email addresses that may appear in transmitted data is enabled. Optional account data sharing for Google products and services, modelling and benchmarking, technical support and business recommendations is also disabled. Google still processes the data necessary for service operation and security.
According to Google, Analytics does not log or store the IP addresses of users in Switzerland, the EU and the UK. This does not mean that all other data collected is anonymous.
Recipients and processing abroad
Recipients are Infomaniak for hosting and email, Amodeo Design for maintenance and statistics and, with consent, Google and providers involved in Analytics. Google uses infrastructure and staff in different countries: processing may take place in the United States and other countries listed in the Google subprocessor lists and data centre locations. These lists describe possible service locations and do not confirm that every visit’s data is processed in all locations.
Google LLC states that it is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers; for transfers requiring additional safeguards, Google provides standard contractual clauses in the applicable terms. See Google’s data transfer policies and the data processing terms. Foreign countries may offer protection different from that in Switzerland.
Retention
- Enquiries and correspondence: for the time necessary to respond and manage the relationship. Documents subject to legal retention obligations are kept for the applicable period; further retention may be necessary in a dispute.
- Access and error logs: ten days.
- Automatic hosting backups: the latest seven daily copies.
- Manual Akeeba copies: on the server and Amodeo Design’s computer for at least six months; older copies are deleted when obsolete and no longer useful for restoration. There is no automatic deletion at a fixed deadline.
- Analytics: user-level and event-level data retained for two months, without resetting the identifier’s retention period with each new activity. This setting does not limit standard aggregated reports in the same way. Cookie durations are separate.
